Stage 1: Requirements Definition
Our experienced Managing Consultants approach each engagement and take detailed requirements that capture a thorough understanding of the position, project, technology, company and culture.
Stage 2: Qualification and Evaluation
After capturing a comprehensive requirements definition, we then put our potential candidates through a stringent qualification and evaluation process. Our qualification process includes screening for a technical fit by:
- Conducting technical interviews and tests
- Taking detailed technical references from previous employers
- Gathering deliverable samples when necessary
- Background check and E-Verify required
We also understand the importance of soft skills when finding the right candidate. To ensure a great personal fit our engineering qualification process also includes:
- In-person interviews
- Personality and/or essay tests when necessary
Stage 3: Delivery
Through our outsourcing porocess, we are able to determine the most suitable candidates and present candidates to the client. With each candidate submitted we concisely include as much detail as possible. Such details include: their strengths, experiences, personality traits, and logistics.
Stage 4: Support
Client Support: For PTH, the staffing process does not end once the consultant begins work. Each Managing Consultant stays involved with the client for the duration of the project to ensure the engagement progresses smoothly. Managing Consultants are onsite regularly to deliver checks and to connect with managers.
Consultant Support: Our consultants are our clients as much as the company where they are placed and we treat them as such. Throughout the duration of the project, we regularly check in to find out how the project is evolving. We hand pay weekly and have lunch or dinner with them once every 2 months. Essentially, we treat them like family.
